Palatial 9' x 19'2 feet hand knotted authentic antique rug (early 1900s estimate). This rug has been professionally cleaned with no stains, animal, or smoke.

This special carpet is made of the finest lamb kurk sheep wool and natural vegetable dyes by skilled crafts people. Double tied knots on two foundation layers that will last another century or more. 3.5 million knots per foundation layer for effective 7 million knots over all. Colorful with rich spectrum of reds from pomegranate and beet, dark to light blue from indigo grape lilac hyacinth and centaurea cyanus, teal, green and more. Natural dyes oxidize over the century giving light and dark shades of each color called'abrash' by curators, giving lots of tone nuance.
