9'10" x 13'6" genuine vintage rug completely hand knotted with fine sheep wool and vegetable dyes (early 1900s estimate). Millions of individually hand tied knots in this rug.

Each knot is also tied twice upon two foundation layers, 150 knots per layer per square inch (300 effective). Professionally cleaned before placed in storage. No stains, holes, rips, tears, animal or smoke. Vibrant red tones from pomegranate and beets, and blues dark (almost black) to light blue from indigo lilac hyacinth sources.

Accents include green, gold, cream, and earth tones among many from larkspur, weld, bark saffron or nut shells. Natural organic dyes oxidize over the century giving tones of each major color darker or lighter, a beautiful affect called'abrash' by curators and collectors.
